Open door policy - makes it very easy to ask questions if your unsure of how to proceed or having difficulties with a task.

Responsibility from the start - SKP make sure that there are projects with which interns can help although there were occasions when some were put on excel sheet duty.
Business knowledge - you get a very detailed insight into projects and pricing mechanisms whilst working there.
No unreasonable working hours - if a deadline is imminent you will have to work late otherwise expect to work normal hours.
