    the paid training
    the paid medical hours

    Kontras

    -poor management
    -no career
    -not a place for longterm work, of course if you are not insane
    -tricky requirements to get bonus
    -changes to bad and never to good
    -poor office environment
    -overcontrol
    psychological tricks to push people work harder and harder while you will never be good enough
    -not stable shifts
    -hard to ask necessary dates for holidays

    Pros

    - Great social environment: young and dynamic atmosphere at work.
    - Easy afterwork gathering
    - Possibility of fast evolution inside projects
    - Pretty flexible Management

    Kontras

    - Administrative organisation and management is sometimes badly handled (Payslip mistakes, schedule mistakes, etc...) You will often have to check after things
    - Too many supervisors positions inside projects
    - Possibility of evolution inside projects, but in fact apart from more responsibilities and stress, there is not a significant salary difference...

    It would be great to have more recognition in the work we do as a team (used to happened, but has disappeared). It will more encourage workers to get more involved in their task.

    Nice young and international crowd

    Kontras

    - Dysfunctional management teams
    - Not being treated as a human being
    - Not possible to take holidays for a whole year and then being forced to take all the remaining days from the previous year before the end of march, so there is nothing for the summer left
    - No personal development options
    - No investment at all in personnel

    Funny colleagues
    After work beers

    Very difficult to get bonus
    Hard work for basically no compensation
    Even with hard work you won't meet targets
    Ridiculous management
    Scam young people from Scandinavian countries to come and slave for them in Barcelona
