    Pros

    good first job experience, good social enviroment, lots of different opportunities, you can always change to another devision, long breaks, good good

    Kontras

    low salary, feeling supervised all the time, not a lot of freedom, not very structured in the case of learning the job its no check ups, not that many social events

    Rat an das Management

    take better care of your employees because noone is working there for longer than 3 years maximum. make it easier to get into a new role and go get up the corporate ladder.

    Sbt. Offers a large variety of job opportunities.
    Interesting projects to gain experience within different sectors and different positions.
    Sbt. Pays on time.
    Depending on your negotiations - good salary.
    Fix Contract possibilities.
    Acceptable working hours

    Bad Food
    Strange People who try to tell you that sbt is bad but in the end you have to make your own experience... People here in Glassdoor seem to forget that each project is diffrent. Sellbytel itself does a great job beeing an outsourcing callcenter.

    Pros

    Nice people to work with, many different projects. Nice bonus if you are a good salesperson. And fun to work there if you like to talk a lot on the phone.

    Kontras

    Without the bonus the salary is quite low. If you don't like the work don't stay there too long. Sometimes they can throw people out very quickly without prior notice if a project ends. Not always possible to switch between projects.

    flexible and more or less easy going if you just want to live in Barcelona for a while.

    no career opportunities as promised before, working conditions are always changing, salary is very low and bonuses can be cut easily.

    Pros

    The job is well paid for somebody working in Spain and the holiday allowance is also good. It is also good working with an array of young international people.

    Kontras

    The training in place is extremely poor consequently you learn how to do the job in a sink or swim situation. The only concern is hitting unrealistic targets and answering as many calls as possible which after a while is extremely demotivating.

    Provide extensive training and provide a better structure for employees to work with. Analyse employees with potential and provide motivation for progression rather than rewarding cheating and stealing orders.

    Pros

    Self Proclaimed MNC, but does not meet the standards of even a small company.

    Kontras

    Have no ethics of Work. No Job protection. Managers and HR are really inexperienced and sometimes have childish behavior. If feedback is given to improve they make sure they will make your life a living hell as long as you work under them. In case if you try to change your job or try to move to a different company they will for sure make it as difficult as possible for you to join any other company. They will refuse to give NOC and Release letter for no good reason (Even though this is illegal).

    They never pay commission on time and blame the client for it, where in the client has admitted that 100% salary is already paid to Sellbytel every month on time. The only way your life is going to be easy here is if you keep buttering up your manager and keep saying yes to all of his/her demands and ideas.

    If anyone who really wants to join this company, i would request you to please do a thorough background check and check the history of this organisation.

    Dont have any. As this management is not the ones that they listen to any feedback. There has been incidents where few of my colleagues were terminated because they asked for their commission to the management!

    Good Company to Start career if you do not find any job anywhere else in the world.

    Kontras

    Really bad Management. Mostly Immatured managers. Would not take feedback to improve, but would hold grudges and take revenge by cutting down salary and commission. Commissions are never ever paid on time. Bias towards very few who can be the managers pet. Not a place to Grow. Agents work at the same level for 5 years + at the same salary. No appraisal. One sided One one and list goes on. In Short, as mentioned earlier, i wouldn't advise some experienced join SBT Kuala Lampur ever! Before you Join please do a full research. This company can destroy your career.
