    Pros

    Along with a moderately modern office based in a good location, the only good addition to working in the HR department was the team who helped each other in the daily chaos and lack of organisation resulting from poor management.

    Although there was a lot of potential in the team there were endless problems problems working in this department. First was the salary and the lack of transparency with explaining bonuses... the salary is less than a majority of agents (which is amusing considering the department requires experience and studies whereas the agents only require to speak a language - no experience needed). Bonuses were removed for no reason and when employees questioned management about this there was never a clear answer- you just had to wait until the end of the month to find out if you were lucky enough to afford living in Barcelona.
    The management were inexperienced and badly directed - they failed to think ahead and learn from the continuous mistakes they made.
    Management was more interested in gossiping about your private life than trying to address all the issues the department was accumulating. There was lack of structure and everything was "urgent", sometimes you'd arrive to office to find out you had to fly to Mallorca or Malaga that day without any prior notice.
    Furthermore were the endless mind games with management failing to identify individual skills and take advantage of them. All that they cared about was trying to hide their ongoing failure to the projects in the company.
    We didn't hire agents with any skills needed for the job - we were instructed to "hire a German because s/he speaks German".
    Since the management changed this place has become a incubus of poisonous gossip and politics for the self gain of the person sitting on the big seat.

    Considering your only experience is working as a customer service advisor and you got to this position from waffling and manipulation you should open your greedy eyes and see how your department is collapsing around you.
    Even with your current staff, it is a game of finding the next available job - nobody is committed to you as you are committed to nobody but yourself.
    Everyone knows how you cut costs to benefit your pocket and your greed has blurred your vision of reality.

    Pros

    Training courses, working environment, multicultural atmosphere, opportunities to learn and innovate. You can collaborate with the managers as long as you want to. They are open to receive new ideas and proposals.

    Kontras

    A lot of employees in the company and in each project, the career growth goes slowly as well as the salary increase.

    Pros

    I had an excellent manager in HR, but generally I think most of the managers try to do their best. People are very approachable and nice, there is an excellent atmosphere across the company.
    There are career opportunities, many examples of Supervisors or Project Managers that started as first level agents.
    There is a canteen where you can have lunch.

    Salaries are not the best for most of positions, but that is something common in the Contact Center industry.
