    Pros

    It allows you to pay the bills for some time and meet some great people from all over the world. The office has nice location and if you're just starting up your life in Barcelona, that could work for some time.

    Kontras

    When it comes to management - this is just ridiculous! In all the business and management books and courses you can read the examples of how NOT to work and treat your colleagues and employees - this is how Sellbytel works on so many levels. I've seen horrible attitude from managers to employees, people are being treated as they're disposable product and not human beings, management talks bad about other management members during meetings and behind their back. Lack of focus, organisation and leadership on all levels. Salary is very low even for the qualified personnel and opportunities for growth, promotion and salary increase are very limited. Conditions in the office are very poor and there is not even hot water in the building. Bonuses are frequently being cut sometimes without a proper justification.

    Rat an das Management

    For the top levels of management - please hire and promote qualified and educated people who understand the business needs but also have a vision of how to manage projects effectively and know how to treat employees with respect and lead by example. Consider improving the working conditions and the salaries.
