    Diebstähle im Callcenter die aus Kostengründen (trotz Genehmigung für eine Videoüberwachung durch den Betriebsrat) nicht gemacht werden endlich durchführen.

    They are quite professional
    Nice colleagues
    Good projects

    Kontras

    - They make alot of money out of you and they are not afraid to show it.
    - low salary and not good chance of getting your bonus
    - Processes which could be improved are blaimed on the project company (it’s what they want) but if you speak to this company they never said this.
    - It is very difficult to get your bonus, they even have people employed who have to make sure I dont get my bonus.
    - They treat you like you work for the biggest company in the world but they forget the salaries are low and they do nothing to motivate their employees.

    There are two types of enployees at SBT; people who want to live in Barcelona and need to get money to get by and people who want to make a career. However, all people are treated the same. People who are serious at working at SBT are not motivated, and have no chance in making serious money. This is a shame because SBT can be the best at what they do.

    Lack of retention policy. Company will easily let you go even though if you're a good performer. Though they have offices on many different locations around the globe and they can re locate their employees.

    sellbytel is a public listed company and as well as multi national group and its working many of countries. in addition it has good opportunities to get achivment with healthy enviorment.

    here cons is that to working load will be high, responsibilty to every one to done their work on deadline, less salary, no appreciation whether employees do work well, politicions factor and as well as discrimination to gender.

    You get money at the end of the month

    Possibilities to meet nice coworkers, international environment

    Good for enjoying the city while getting paid but not much else

    The management can't do their job properly

    Company culture is virtually inexistant

    No career furthering opportunities

    Limited work space

    Low salaries and bonuses

    Few holidays and no flexibility

    No sense of professionalism whatsoever

    Elevators don't really work

    Rethink the entire process and consider forward-thinking alternatives to the current system before automisation renders the whole company obsolete. Also give their managers proper training on how to handle their employees like humans instead of treating them like cattle
