    Learning place for Government clients to work. Good company for freshers and not for experienced senior recruiters to share level of experience.

    Kontras

    No proper level of recruiters working in this company.
    Bottom line it is an totally wrong process followed by recruitment team and management.
    No professionalism within team members.

    Need to respect recruiters and Staff members. NO Proper Positions to Senior Recruiters and Managers.

    One of the Worst Culture the company employees are following . No Action will taken by Human resource dept. No proper salary hikes Annually.

    Have proper Human resource team to motivate employees and good employees can be hired. Good work culture is needed for performance to achieve common mission and growth of the company.

    Pros

    RAD Gov Inc is one of the Best Vendor working directly with State Govt Departments and Federal Clients . Tier 1 vendor for direct client Govt needs.
    The RAD Gov Inc Team having very good placement records on long term and short term contracts recently 2015, 2016 & 2017 past years compared to 2013 & 2014 .
    In regards to Feedback after interviewing is Excellent follow up by Managers and team members. Very good submissions done by State Govt Recruiters.
    RAD Gov Inc uses Beeline ,Field glass and People fluent as Client portals for State Govt.
    Best State Govt and Federal Vendor Successful in placements and maintaining relations with Consultants on long term basis. Have Superb State govt process.
    Rad Gov Inc provides excellent feedback after submission is done.

    Team outings can be increased. Still more Training can be provided for new joining Recruiters.
    Still better team members can join this Organization for productivity growth.
    Salaries can be hike is needed every year regularly

    Still Potential Recruiters can be hired for RAD Gov Inc Team for Productivity and Growth to face the future challenge for State govt and federal client needs. Proper Discipline need to maintain in the organization

    It was work when I needed it. I got paid - it was fine

    They harass you when THEY need something - but are difficult to get when YOU need something. Everyone I talked to was from other country - I think this company is located outside the USA. The accents can be difficult and it also affects the times they are available. Overall thought it was a satisfactory experience

    Horrible Horrible company, they never pay in time ever. they dont answer their phones and emails when you need it. Horrible company....i will never ever work with this company again.

    Pros

    Greatest learning experience of life. The top management is among the smartest people one will ever come across.
    It has been a pleasure to see them work.
    Employees get all the benefits they deserve. Employees are actually overpaid, few of them undeserving.
    Scope to grow professionally is unlimited.

    The mid level management is a stark contrast to the C and the VP level.
    The whole of the mid-level management has to be overhauled. They are just dead weights to the company

    None of the people in company are having any knowledge of their work, and the current status of the market

    They will bring different methods to harass you after joining the project.

    Forget about your paychecks on time.

    Try to speak truth while Onboarding employees

    You have a job now look for another one. There's aren't any other pro's.

    They don't pay. My first paycheck didn't exist it was my fault. Another paycheck, they paid half again my fault. They don't care about not paying you. I've worked over 30 years for large and small companies never had a pay issue before.

    Treat your employees like people. It's not just about you getting paid make sure they are getting paid. Compensation is low and benefits already don't exist.

    They will give you a job

    - The employees that are in charge of hiring you hardly speak English.
    - The paperwork will get delayed and you probably will not start your assignment on time.
    - You will not get paid on time.
    - No one will call or email you back when you need something or ask a question. They will only contact you if they need something from you.

    I would recommend started with getting more people that speak and understand English better. I would also make sure that you are paying your employees on time.
