    - Great perks

    - Huge company so lots of scope for growth and challenge
    - Open door policy with leadership

    Kontras

    - More than a retail job.... not a con to be honest but if thinking of applying for a role in store don't expect to be on a simple checkout... its hugely customer centric and can be challenging but it really is worth it.

    Pros

    The company and management have a great understanding of and respect for work/life balance, and the flexible working offer is genuinely flexible. A lot of trust is given to employees in terms of decision making and managers are focused more on overall results rather than micromanagement.

    As with any large company, making significant changes is not a fast process and can be frustrating at times.

    Good restaurant, nice office buildings and good work perks. Shuttle service from train station so handy if that’s how you commute

    Senior management give little support

    A floored performance system
    Teams that work against each other

    Listen to the people that work for you, and support them. Review the many layers or management that aren’t needed. Put bodies in at the ‘work-end’ of the structure so things can actually happen

    Pros

    I worked for O2 for 4 years, started off part time in my home town, then they offered me a position in a store closer to my university and supported me throughout my degree and when I had finished.

    They have great employee perks
    Fantastic training scheme
    Progress is always available is you are always supported
    You get support from the manufactures of the devices as well
    Very good wage - even better if you can get overtime
    Fantastic days out and meetings - they always keep you in the loop!
