    great reward package and benefits

    Pros

    Flexible, good pay, managers take feedback well and act on it. Fast progression and good incentives... Bebrilliant, phone Reps and good one to ones.

    Kontras

    Process of getting EIN numbers and password resets take to long. Not much to say about cons as three years it has been a good company to work for.

    Need effective and fast password changes. Aimed towards headquarters. More competitive prices would be good but getting there with new No Stone Unturned.

    Area managers and store managers in the three years with the company are very effective.

    Pros

    I came here as a temp, expecting to walk out the door after a few months of work, but the atmosphere, the people, and the endless possibilities kept me here. I've had so many opportunities since starting with the company, from customer service roles, to IT support roles, from working with young people, to working on a programme that was focused on the wellbeing and careers of our people, to doing awareness learning and comms for our security area. There's never been a dull moment, and if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone the opportunities are there.
    The flexible working approach of the company has meant I can balance my work and home life, and deliver all my objectives. I know it's a two-way street.
    The simple fact is after 20 years I'm still here.

    As an ever changing company there are times when business transformations can put people at risk and cause stress. It will all depend on how well you deal with change. Because it's a constant here.
    And sometimes we're too nice. Sometimes projects and ideas don't fly because we get lost in being nice to our people across the board. A little tough love never hurts.

    Peer support is outstanding. People genuinely want to help and be part of the solution.

    Kontras

    Awful organisation set up, meaning silos and a lot of “invented /reinvented here” type behaviours. For a company that should live on its data - it’s disjointed and again, siloed. Board seems to drive tension and competition which drives a lot of the above behaviours. Certain board -1 are so disruptive much of the teams time is spent “managing”them vs doing the job. The systems and processes are old and waste people’s time.
