    None, I hated every second working there.

    - Incompetent people are praised

    Pros

    Beautiful products, great teams in a countries who share a great passion about the company. Stores are stylishly designed, everything thought in detail.

    Kontras

    No consistency in decision making, no planning ahead. Not a child friendly company. Some promised payments are never realized (bonus, etc). No yearly reviews.

    Put clear strategy in place, plan ahead, hire people carefully and be responsible for whom you bring on board.

    - High staff turnover
    - Horrendous organisation
    - Managers micromanage employees instead of encouraging and inspiring them
    - Managers do not seem to know what they are doing
    - Staff sales are taught to be robots and told to 'sell their body' in order to make sales
    - Awful security - regular thefts and employees are blamed for thefts when they do not have a working CCTV system
    - If anything is stolen, sales associates are blamed and threatened that it will go out of their salary - awful!!!

    - Do not blame sales associate for the mess and disorganisation. Take responsibility for bad management.
    - Instead of micromanaging, work on team spirit and being encouraging.

    Pros

    The company has great and talented people who work extremely hard and are self motivated (they have to be!). If you want to feel like an entrepreneur, this is the brand for you! They allow you to run your business and do not micromanage. The product is beautiful and the discount is fairly good. I learned a lot about how to truly run a business from the ground up and was truly in love with the brand!

    The poor team at corporate really wants to support the stores but since everything needs to be approved by headquarters in Milan, it can be extremely tough to get any. You either never hear back or get a no. The hiring process is way too extreme and takes way too long. Trust your managers to make the right decisions when it comes to hiring. Having a sales associate sit through at least 4 skype interviews with corporate is ridiculous. There is not enough product to achieve goals and no advertisements locally to help push the product stores do have. NO MOTIVATION at all from corporate! If you beat your people up when business is already bad, it is just going to get worse. INVEST IN YOUR PEOPLE so you will stop losing the good ones. Motivate, inspire, invest in more trainings, do incentives, encourage your people instead of putting them down! I loved the people but the lack of support uninspiring calls and unmotivating environment made me forget who I was as a manager.

    Please please please start inspiring your people and think of ways to motivate them and I promise business will turn around! Invest in them because they are investing in you!

    Pros

    Great co-workers and loyal clients when you build a report. Incredible collection so your constantly surrounded by beautiful things, commission is stable and you get food allowance every month which is part of your pay.

    Kontras

    Although, you work hard and sell like a maniac. You get a pat on the back and thats about it. Can be tedious and un motivating environment. Repetetive calling of clients to come to the store to sell them something. Raises are unheard of. A bit competitive but not as bad as some other luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana. In Spain benefits are not included.

    Friendly environment and co-workers , everyone works like a family. When it comes to sales, each person takes turn. Great team work

    Competitive market. Not everyone visits the store will buy stuffs. Miu Miu certainly is not the it brand at the moment so many times sales need to bring their own customers to the brand.

    Lack of opportunity for career advancement & the majority of staff are not driven to achieve or maximize productivity due to their lack of interest in luxury selling environment.
