Ich habe als befristeter Mitarbeiter bei ManpowerGroup gearbeitet (Über 3 Jahre)

    Pros

Pay was good for the Milwaukee area
    The working schedule was flexible
Working with people in my group was great until they were replaced with offshore Indian contractors or left out of disgust for what was happening.

    Kontras

I left when all of the technical work for our group was being given to Indian offshore contracting companies. It is pretty ironic that a staffing agency has to hire external Indian contacting companies to get software development work done instead of using their internal professional recruiting company Experis, or even the Indian recruiting company they bought. If you are a technical person you should avoid this company and any of it's subsidiaries. Our group was one of the first to get outsourced and it has been hailed as such a big success that it is only a matter of time before it spreads to other parts of the company.

    Rat an das Management

Hiring the cheapest offshore workers is good for the stock price in the near term, but it will hurt your efforts to modernized your IT infrastructure to compete with your rivals. Once a bulk of your IT knowledge is controlled by an foreign company you will be at their mercy and prices that are dirt cheap now will rise over time and there will be nothing you can do to stop it.

    Keine Meinung zu Geschäftsführer

Ich habe als befristeter Mitarbeiter bei ManpowerGroup gearbeitet

    Pros

    Very professional
    Excellent hiring, on-boarding, and HR
I worked with them multiple times and was pleased each time.

    Kontras

No problems with them. Minor items that were missed were fixed upon calling the correct person.
Would like flexibility to work as corp-to-corp instead of 1099.
Would prefer to be able to choose between having benefits or having additional pay instead.

    Rat an das Management

I did not need to have interactions with the C-level executives.
