    Great team, everyone wants to help each other.
    Great work-life balance. Month ends may require a bit of extra time, depending on your role, but overall it's been the best balance I have seen in accounting.
    Always growing and adapting.
    Great benefits package.

    HUB International could be a great place, but if you were a purchased acquisition, then it won't be good.

    Hub is a great place to work. The work environment is great. Hub is growing in the right direction in the insurance industry. My managers are great and very understanding and empathetic towards their employees. My team is great. We all work together to make it better everyday. My team and managers is the reason why I go to work everyday, my second family.
    Hub encourages work life balance and they work with you to make sure that you can achieve that.
    If you like challenges ,fast working environment and balance in life with a sense of achievement HUB is the place for you.

    I have been with HUB for 10 years as an account Manager. It's a great place to work. I have seen many changes over the years and we are moving in a positive direction for the future of our business. We have a great team and my direct managers are wonderful people who actually care about making your day a great one when you come to work. They are continually offering ways to improve your skills and encourage you to further your career. I have seen many people move on to different roles throughout my time here. One last thing I would like to note is that HUB's culture is a very positive one. We have a great social committee who plan fun events and charity initiatives throughout the year so there are always fun thing s to look forward to. The people here are great to work with!

    Being an account manager can be overwhelming for some newer people. I remember it was for me too. It's a very high paced environment. But I would encourage people to keep with it because there is so much support and everyone here wants you to be a success. I guess My biggest complaint at the moment would be investing in better coffee. But I have great team members who do daily coffee runs daily!

    Keep investing in your people. Keep building on the culture you have created. Have more career nights and career path coaching with upper management. This motivates your staff to keep going and do better.
