    Kontras

    If unlucky, you may get stuck with a bad manager or account, which basically means you are screwed. No work life balance, micromanagement etc.

    FNF takes ages.

    Quality of work is low. You are basically a Jr. clerk appointed to your client. Format his Excel and PPTs. Call suppliers on his behalf etc. Consulting is a senior clerk role, no major difference except salary, obviously.

    - Get some quality work for talented people working in Knowledge services.

    - Identify useless sourcing leads who are doing nothing but adulating the manager day in day out in hopes of getting another promotion. Such leads demotivate the entire the team as they don't lead by example. There skills are zero and all they know is how to blabber in their fake accent and seek attention. Identify them, make them take difficult projects and let them prove their capabilities. Or else, you will see all your good talent moving out.

    Pros

    At GEP people genuinely care about working together to have success and make it easier to do without lots of red tape or unnecessary steps. That is why things seem to get done here. It's rapid growth makes it a fast-pace, high energy environment but through the days filled with hustle, the relationships you see across the employees and the feeling of a 'one team' culture is like no other I've experienced. Individuality is nice- no micro-managers , generous employee perks, global expansion.

    You have to constantly be learning while doing because new products, ideas and clients come along daily. That can be scary as a newer employee but the learning tools and people to mentor are there you just have to seek them out.

    Continue to take the time to cross-train and move people internally across teams so the career opportunities internally remain abundant to retain the dynamic people we have in place.

    *Definitely the people. The average of the age is 28 in Prague and you worl in multinational company. I meet my coworkes outside of office very regurarly.
    *Opportunities - the career path is here pretty fast if you resect the conpany culture
    *Project - you are encouraged to think up and lead your own innitoatoves and project. They give space, times and resources
    *HR made the salaries more competitive to the market

    The work of the sourcing analyst can become pretty repetitive in 1 or 2 years. But you an change the acounts very easily

    1. Good office Infrastructure

    4. Lots of work ensures you have lots to learn and there is a great scope for learning and improvement.
    5. Co-Operative & helpful colleagues.

    1. Lack of Management skills in Middle level.
    2. Lack of Opportunity if you have above 8+ years of experience, expertise versus work assignment not match, you may feel you're doing job of junior level developer.
    3. Due of lack of process & priority of work makes the timeline very unrealistic which make teams to work weekends and extra hours daily.
    4. Pressure of deliveries, impact quality of new & existing features always.
    5. Recent changes in leadership & management decision are not going good.

    Improving process takes time, but we need to start on this direction,
    Talent retention & recognition is the success key, and specially product based company should manage their assets(experienced resources), because the own the product knowledge and know how to handle situation. upgrading there skillets will help company.
