    unique place, excellent environment to work, learn and improve
    international, several countries
    quite good care for employees, you can make friends for life

    Kontras

    though starting salary is quite good, it takes a while to have a permanent contract
    no ticket restaurants

    Pros

    The EIMS I read on these reviews is completely different to the place I work at every day. The wolf of wall street style culture is true but not surrounding drugs rather motivating each other in the team to get leads.

    - Great spirits on the daily
    - Fantastic training
    - Amazing incentives, including paid lunches, dinners, nights out, time off paid.

    EIMS is consistently growing, it's a fantastic time to join with the development opportunities given. All the management are friendly and love hearing from agents who want to progress to the next step.

    E-Learning is a HUGE benefit, insider knowledge on sales etc.

    - Temporary to a Permanent contract which means some payment is taken from wages as part of the holiday fund
    - It's never as busy as it should be, for example, the three floors usually only one or two are busy

    A few good people on the lower rungs.

    Kontras

    No structured progression, no change in wages based on time spent working, (no HR department, or genuine care for staff). Works on "revolving door" principle, people come and work long enough for the company to make a quick buck, then leave, (or are "asked to leave") once they are fed up of the still in the 80s' attitudes and ideology. If you can stand the 80s' bull, and are happy to be brainwashed, there are management positions, which also pay poorly. Most of the talent leaves to work at a proper company. Positions are often dangled to retain people which don't really exist. Often feels like a playground with a similar level rumour spreading and hidden secrets. Was asked to bare-face lie to a client.

    Pros

    Colleagues form various nationalities and brand new office in Bournemouth.

    Kontras

    Some of the team leaders were too young and inexperienced. Got promoted on looks rather than capabilities.
    Senior management/team leaders mingling with employees on Fridays usual pub outings is the worst when fuelled with too much alcohol, big ego and arrogance.

    Pros

    Great culture, brand new office with sea view and many other great benefits. One of the few companies in Barcelona where hard work, talent, spirit, and ambition really get rewarded. The company cares about the development of its people and promotes from within as much as possible! I have seen many people progressing to a more senior position within a year time!

    Pros

    Constant training in sales and objection handling techniques, IT and technology products. Useful to enter in the IT sector, as well as to get familiar with corporate attitude (KPIs, how things work).
    Forces you to dress well, which is useful too.
    You will very likely meet few colleagues you'll really go along well with.
    Few colleagues made some career starting from the bottom.
    A stint at EIMS is ideal for a touch and go, I'd recommend trying to get a job at the company with an outlook for staying between 6 months to 1 year.
    Then stay longer if there are chances to progress or maybe try to move to an office out of Bournemouth, like Barcelona, Miami or Auckland. It's hard but possible.
    The "Hell Week" to become a team leader will definitely put you out of your comfort zone, which can be good.

    The line between professional and personal is sometimes blurry, with implications on career progression. Nights out can turn odd.
    Sometimes, the personal looks seems to be relevant in performance assessment. The job can be stressful (in the end you need to make the calls and get the leads).
    It's true that HR is not always handled well.

    Unfortunately, I think that there is not much change, the business model is established and it works in its own way. You will push away some good workers, but also retain others so... well... too bad.

    Pros

    EIMS is a company that is willing to train just about anyone who shows the desire to be there. They do try to recruit from within, by compensating their current employees that recruit someone who they think will make the cut for more than 6 months.

    They are flexible with personal time and give you PTO after 3 months into the company.
    They have great people/ upper managers, or team leaders who truly care and try their best to lead the business.
    You will learn a lot about sales and IT

    Kontras

    No HR, when things get out of hand, they are not always handled appropriately.
    When moving up, you are not compensated immediately. They don't have a clear/professional structure with that regard.
    They have lost various campaigns due to lack of leadership and ownership with their employees.
    Managers have too much on their plates than they can handle. Results are part of that and how you reward them and everyone else also plays a major part of why people aren't performing as they are expected to.

    Don't fully rely on team managers to deliver results, as they are still learning and don't have the 20+ years of experience that upper management has to make things happen.
    Sales/Communication courses should be mandatory and or available online for everyone, as everyone can use the help or recap.
    Make sure that every campaign has great communication between sales and marketing agents.
    Don't wait until a campaign is almost dissapearing before you make adjustments
