    beautiful new office in central auckland
    the managers are mostly very patient and supportive, as well as knowledgeable, that helps to progress relatively fast
    working with all asian different cultures within the same It sales makes it extremely rich, a great melting pot
    learnings in IT and sales

    Good atmosphere, best way to start a professional life in Barcelona because the trainings are very complete and helpful. I learned a lot since I arrived. The people are international and super nice !! If you want to work in sales, you will build a career quickly.

    The people who come and work here are great. Lots of eager young people who want to do well.

    The upper management of the Barcelona. What can I say..

    The top guy Ben, flounces around the office like he's on the Apprentice. Oh wait, he was. And threw a tantrum on it and quit. Now he does it in the office.

    Most of these agents are in their first sales role, being given unrealistic expectations, with no positive feedback ever. Doing well doesn't seem to get you anywhere, unless you're a girl sleeping with the boss, then you get a GREAT job which is completely undeserved when you look at the performance of said person.

    Many good people start here, then have to leave due to the undeserved aggression shown by the management. Leads to all the decent people who work here leaving.. unbelievable. This company would be a winner if they cut the dead wood. But they won't. Cause they are all scared of doing anything. Proper boys club.

    The majority of these reviews are on here as the top manager requests them to new staff or by mangers doing the so called management training course.

    Show respect to the staff. Get decent processes in place that doesn't involve jumping on desks, shouting 'LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAD' like they have seen 'Boiler Room' or 'Wolf of Wall Street' a thousand times.

    Not everyone in the office is a first time sales employee. Treat it like a Sales office. Not a crazy fiefdom.

    Management - they think they're high flyers but the office is small, its tired and there's no restaurant facilities...
    Wolf on Wallstreet mentality - sales bosses (RW in particular) think they know everything but reality they've only ever worked here and would fail in the real world.
    Rife sexism
    Low pay

    Take a reality check. The job is not that great and other companies offer so much more (better pay, conditions, facilities, parking). Your sales training is unrealistic and you don't care for your customers just making a quick sale and then not caring for their aftercare.

    Pros

    They will hire anyone that has confidence at any experience level.
    There are some great people working here who really care.
    A chance to work for (contracted into) top IT companies

    Kontras

    They make/motivate you to work hard for their gain, with no financial incentive. Their management strategy is to psychologically manipulate you into thinking you "need" them and their "expertise" in order to grow as a person and a professional. They try to make you feel you deserve the low pay, and you couldn't do better. After they sell you a dream of course.

    Get an American BUD who understands, and respects American people and ways. And one who actually corresponds with the employees.
    Stop the mind games. (The Ben games)
    You can't have integrity to your clients, if you dont have it with your employees; who are indeed the mechanics of your business.
    Get an HR, and create a professional environment.
    Balance the "fun" culture with seriousness.
    You have a good thing going, imagine how GREAT it could be.
    You're pouring bacon fat into a Lamborghini gas tank.

    Really good people, good hours, the work and calls are not too bad.

    The training is not too great, you are left alone a lot of the time.
    They say pay is £9 per hour when it is actually £8 as they take away money from your holiday.
    Don't expect to get much help as the management is all over the place

    Pros

    The team is great to work with.
    Furthermore for someone who has no experience in any kind of job or does not know what to do at the moment and wants to learn how to have a good basic phone call with a customer, I can recommend EIMS Barcelona.

    If you want to have a challenging job and and develop yourself for your future career I won't recommend it, if so you have already a bit of experience in sales or having phone calls with customers.
    You can not count on the support of your managers nore on the HR being on your aide if there are any issues or questions.
    They pay ok but they want you to work 24/7 and give 200% but you won't et anything in return.
    They fire you when they have a bad day with any reason just because they feel alike showing who the boss is.
    They promise you a growth for you future career in the company, tell you that you need them and without them you are nothing. Every day brain wash from the boss of the managers from EIMS Barcelona.
    They are pointing with the finger on you during a company meeting and badmouthing you.
    They want you to be a work robot and the only way to survive there, you have to look good. That's it. Especially the women.
    If you have any pride and want to be appreciated in the company don't work there.
    As I wrote they fire you if they feel like it. They are brainwashing you, pointing the finger on you, they want you to work 24/7 but do not pay you. If they forget to pay you you have to wait 6month but most of the time they do not pay at all. Everyone who left was happy and would never go back again. They are so many people leaving after 2 weeks working there.

    Stand straight for your team. Without them you would not have a job. Treat people with respect and not like puppets.

    It's a Monday to Friday 9-6 job.

    Mind numbingly boring work, managers are extremely unhelpful, don't care about the staff but seem to pretend they do by jumping on tables and throwing things around, they have watched Wolf of Wall Street too many times!

    Rethink your careers, no amount of training will help a bad attitude to employees.
