    Able to make money and say you have a job, nothing else really that's all i can say good about this job

    Kontras

    beyond unorganized. Dirty with Bed bugs, ghetto , way to cold , boring job for you to be standing in one spot for 12 hours , terrible break schedule , so many different pay rates for people doing the same jobs , corrective action for every little thing

    Not too easy moving up in company . Cold in the cooler and you stand on your feet for hours

    Blue Apron I really enjoyed working with the people there the employees there work together as a team to get. the job done

    Blue Apron employees at times can be very disruptive to other employees that are there trying to do their job using very foul language that other employees don't care to hear

    Management needs to have more control of their employees as far as assistance when needed and not to punish the ones who are really trying to get the job done

    - Easy to get in - Weekly pay

    Kontras

    - Cold temps with inadequate clothing provided - Extremely disrespectful employees - Management oblivous to issues - HR will not address problems - Very strict attendance policy; warehouse is located behind train tracks and trains often cause 30+ minute hold ups. They are not understanding. - Catering often causes food poisoning - No room for growth
