There has been a lot of changes. It can get challenging to keep up but the changes are starting to lead to positive results. The team I work with is also great.
The changes can be a lot and communication of those changes can be improved.

During the year I was there, my direct colleagues were great. Suffering somewhat of Stockholm syndrome and constantly worried about being fired, but good people. We would try to brainstorm and share ideas and we were always shot down by leadership (people who had no idea what they were doing).
- Bottom of the barrel ethics. - Inane leadership. - 0 interest in ensuring customer's succeed. - Arbitrary pricing structure for their platform. - Directors, Managers, team leads, are woefully inadequate and will jump on the opportunity to let someone else take responsibility for any issues that arise. - The CEO jumps on calls begging clients to stay, even offering 95% discounts on their own platform! Tanking ARR for the team and undervaluing the product just to keep a "logo". It's amazingly inept. - Constant rumor mill and gossip.1Reaktion von zoovu4w
First, thank you for taking the time to write the review. We (and me specifically) are always trying to better the experience for our customers and our employees. I’m really disappointed to hear that you had such a negative experience at the company. As you know we are transforming our business including new leadership and though we are progressing we clearly have a ways to go to avoid experiences like you are describing.
