My relationship with company is not long but would like to give my opinion from practical view I accept i get guidance from team mates and they are my friends but if there is doubt within team there is no one above to clarify it. If we have any doubt with requirement we ask product manager they answer only few times clearly but sometimes they also not sure and mostly say they will ask client It would be nice to get technical help from cto for our doubts and problems and currently we only get clarification on requirements or what the client say. In my old company cto or director used to tell us about new coding methods and implemented it and thought us new technologies. I want to learn. For testing products it is essential to fully understand the requirements but if requirements itself is not clear or they say one thing and then change it again then it is difficult team members. I think some technical knowledge is necessary for managing sprint timing and bugs and issues. It can help the team and development. Work load and difficult also but for me it is learning and i come know there is lot more to learn and develop myself.

I am working in WEKANCODE for a couple of years. The environment is very good I really feel that i am in my home. There is no restriction in the office timings. Due to some hygiene issue Lunch is stopped ( It clearly shows the care taken to the employees). But company is searching for new vendor those who provide hygiene food. Interview process is almost very good but with multiple level of Rounds. I have joined here because of the Interview approach they have taken to me while I am joining All the level of rounds is not so easy still little bit complex to select the right candidate it will really take sometime. Even as a startup never fails to pay the salary at the end of each month. Salary is almost mapping with the exact candidate experience. Good place for learning and Implement new advanced technologies. Experience is not at all a matter to work here. Everyone will be treated as same that makes really cool
