Pros

Flexible working hours along with a team full of friendly people who want you to learn as much as possible is the best part about it. Each Brand Manager also loves their brand personally which makes them put so much effort into their work.

Kontras

The pay isn't the best considering the size of the company, also the fact you have to live 1 hour by public transport to obtain parking (luckily I can get parking)

    Pros

    1. You get to learn a lot since you're working with great people.
    2. As an intern, you are integrated into the team, so you get to handle real work.
    3. My manager gave me regular and honest feedback to improve my performance.
    4. You develop more people skills as you handle more projects alongside your managers.

    Kontras

    1. Long hours (I was just an intern, but sometimes I'd be in the office for 12 hrs).
    2. Culture is very extroverted (at least in my dept), so if you're an introvert like me you'll need to adjust.
    3. Many of my co-interns didn't enjoy their internship; lack of cohesive program for interns makes the experience really dependent on the kind of team and manager you are assigned to. For example, many of them never really received feedback on their performance, while I got regular feedback.
    4. HR lost one of my time sheets so I was not paid for a 2 week period of work.
