Compensation did not grow in sync with my technical growth. Work-life balance varies from project to project.

My first project was a support project where i worked harder without any support but get only negative returns. I was thrown out of the project as poor performer. But second project was development project , where my performance was acknowledged and appreciated by all and i got promoted to next level which surprised my first Manager.
