There are too many executives who, in my opinion, aren't doing anything particularly special. At the end of the day, it's the sales team that brings in the revenue. Favoritism is prevalent—new hires get treated well for a few weeks, but then they’re quickly forgotten. There's too much nonsense for experienced salespeople, though it might be a decent starting point for younger professionals.
