Leadership is approachable, supportive, and always willing to lend a helping hand, making it a great environment to grow and feel valued.

As with any growing organization, workloads can occasionally be busy during peak periods, but this is balanced by supportive management, although some processes could be a smidge smoother.

I came to SourceCode defeated and beaten up after working for a company with a terrible culture, and since starting at SourceCode, I have felt wholly supported by my coworkers and encouraged to pursue my interests beyond my everyday tasks. They value PTO so much that I've been joking poked fun at for being online past 5 PM or on my day off. So many people have come to expect a mediocre company culture - and it's especially hard to find a good culture and work/life balance in the comms industry - but SourceCode is the exception to all of that. Truly a great place to work, and one that I enjoy working at.

The company is growing quickly and winning new accounts often, so things are a bit hectic at times. Along with the growth also comes growing pains, and SourceCode is working on smoothing that out and figuring out the best ways to manage everyone and organize everything.
