They put alot of emphasis on the culture within the company which makes for a very friendly and positive atmosphere and means everyone is pulling in the same direction. Because everyone is so like minded I have developed alot of friends in my first year which is always nice when you are relatively new in your first year. The leadership team are very accessible and always make time to listen and also take on board any feedback. They also give staff the freedom to be entrepreneurial and is testament to how agile the business is for its size.
