The politics, lack of structure, and pay are some reasons why the company suffers a high turnover. The favoritism is quite frankly insane, it’s a slap in the face to every under paid salesperson. The spoons, system is insulting to those that do work hard! I strongly emphasize that spoon feeding certain vehicle exchange members and certain salespeople will only create resentment among your sales employees. You can’t expect to come to work in the cold/hot extreme weather waiting long hours to sell a car when someone else is simply handed a customer or told that this customer is coming in this day/ time and prepare the car.
