- People: colleagues I will actually hang out with outside of work (not a cutthroat culture)
- World Meeting: yearly meeting where all employees gather for a week of workshops + fun (Madrid this year)
- Merit-based growth opportunities: No strict quota of who can get promoted vs. who can't given the firm is growing fast. As a result, you don't feel like you're competing against peers
- Pay is now more competitive with tier 1 management consulting firms

- Project types: still quite niche in terms of pricing, packaging, and sales strategy
- Brand recognition: still viewed as a tier 2/3 firm
- Leadership delays: lots of dependencies and takes leadership a while to make decisions and implement initiatives, which is surprising given we are considered a smaller consulting firm
- Bonuses: still way lower than competition
- Recruiting: recruiting process and organization needs vast improvement. Critical when our #1 resource is talent
