Management is amazingly abusive with a lot of swearing and yelling When they want overtime, it is expected that you will do as you are told and be happy about it. One year they literally canceled all engineering Christmas vacations (except for 3 days) just to impress a client. Very cliquish. There is a lot of favoritism. I have seen staff get told off and fired over some pretty small things simply because management wanted things done their way and didn't care what it took or how stupid the request was. Stop charging for coffee. That is amazingly petty. Especially when you also want overtime!
