The team is comprised of hard-working, scrappy individuals from all kinds of backgrounds that are a pleasure to work beside. There are new challenges almost every day that must be tackled head on, even with little to no experience or assistance. Although daunting at first, it can be extremely rewarding, both from a career and a personal achievement standpoint.

Since the team is on the smaller side, there isn't much hand holding or teaching. Almost everything you learn you will have taught yourself. Things can tend to get hectic at times but this is the nature of a startup.
