lack of focus, all decision-making power held at top, not inclusive, very french speaking with little English

Salary at the time was decent, some coworkers made it worth going to work.

No cohesiveness, no camaradry, complete lack of culture and micro management. Practically never even seen the president in 5 years, even if his office was in the same building.
