Pros
It depends on where you work and who you work for. Salary can be decent for managers that have been there 10 years or more but you work hours with constant instablility with alot of unrealistic goals and time schedules. The staff works very hard to please. Some to most actually like their job (non-managers).
Kontras
Rules change day to day and managers are set up by Owner to fail and be reprimanded or worse. Too much unneccessary pressure on all good people who do the right thing and are always being challenged because the work (job) is never right or done in a timely manner. Moral is at an all time low and it is not a happy place to be with the only exception of the guest's who haven't a clue. The work place words to live by are "if you can't you your job right, we will find someone who can"
