I learned a lot while working for RCG. I only worked there for a few months because of school. There were some really great people working for RCG. Everyone is under the age of 30. They were all helpful and everyone wants you to succeed there. I gained a lot of sales knowledge. It is a great job if you never attended college because of the great sales training. The opportunity to become a manager is really good. Once a manager, then you are making 6 figures. They say it takes around 2 years to become a manager, once you grow your team. I improved my presentation and communication skills. If you have a great attitude and work ethic, then you have a shot to be good at the sales and training.

It is a door-to-door sales job. Your wages are based off of commission. The work week is Monday-Saturday. I routinely worked between 50-60 hours per week. The hours are long and you only have Sundays off (besides some holidays). Typical hours were 11am-9pm M-F and then on Saturdays from 9am-4pm. The pay is not real great, but if you are really good you can make between $500-$700 per week.
