-Contract Commission scheme is terrible and unclear. -Salary is far below what it should be for the lack of commission. -There are some good managers but don’t expect much assistance from most or any type of development. -Push numbers and metrics as a way to be “successful” and that it’s “so simple” then will PIP and/or fire you even if you hit the metrics but not get them to hit their bonuses. -No clear training and a lot of management is not qualified to manage teams, never mind high preforming ones. -There is little to no feeling of morale or community. -Unclear what managers and directors actually do with their days other than stare at metrics. -When they do give trainings it’s on the same thing and not applicable to most struggles. -Turn over is insane and the people who do want to make money and do well lose hope and leave anyways for better opportunities. -Management openly talking badly about consultants to other consultants. -They can’t get out of their own way. -Some managers are overtly sexist. They make rude remarks and making it uncomfortable to even try to build any type of professional relationship with them.
