We are sorry to hear that you feel our pay may not be adequate. One of our primary objectives is to have a total compensation package that is competitive and sustainable for a healthy company. Our family focus means that providing exceptional benefits for the entire family is part of our core values and at a time when many employers are cutting benefits or shifting costs to employees, we have successfully maintained benefits that are in the top 2% of employers in our region. We believe our total benefit and compensation package works well however we are aware that it may not be ideal for every team member or situation.
