I hope to find the right words to convey how absolutely disgusted I've been with this company for the past 6 months. Starting from the top, it is absolutely rotten, out-of-touch, backstabbing, gaslighting leadership. They consistently hired VP and Director level titles, but minimal actual support roles to get the work done. All fluff. Each change brought a completely new direction so it's impossible to get a foothold in the market. Sales performed poorly, which brought on multiple massacres. Even the way those were executed was a travesty. No understanding of who was actually producing work, so we were left operating in shambles. It's depressing. The new CEO is a liar and cutthroat. If there is a whisper of you looking for a new job, you'll be fired. Just all lies and BS. Such a toxic turn from a previously promising company.
