Pros

Nothing. Zero. Shunya. They throw money while disrepecting you at the same time showing you arrogantly that you don't have any potential if they didn't give you the job.

Kontras

I spent a year in this company, and it left a lasting impact on my mental health. The founder, Sadanand Vyas, runs the place with an inflated ego and a total lack of empathy. He believes that offering money gives him the right to own your time, your energy, and even your dignity. His attitude toward employees is degrading — he expects total submission, long hours, and blind loyalty, without offering respect in return. To make things worse, his personal choices blur every line of professionalism. He married a former employee, and it's clear that favoritism and unhealthy power dynamics are at play throughout the company. There is absolutely no respect for women in this workplace. Female employees are talked over, sidelined, and often made to feel small. If you're a woman considering this company, please think twice. It is not a supportive or safe environment. The HR team, especially Ruta, sells you a false dream. They talk about leadership opportunities, growth, and high pay, but once you join, it's a completely different reality. No promotions, no support, just relentless pressure. Meanwhile, titles and raises go to friends and family members of leadership — many of whom do little to no real work. The work culture is exhausting. People regularly work until late at night and even on weekends. I personally saw team members eating their first meal of the day at 4 p.m. because they didn’t have time earlier. There’s no concept of balance, well-being, or team morale. “Fun Fridays” are nonexistent. All that matters is output — even if it breaks you. When I finally had enough and chose to resign, the founder said I could name any salary I wanted — if I agreed to work from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. That mindset alone shows you how broken this leadership is. He sees people as machines, not human beings. And trying to leave? A nightmare. They manipulate policies, threaten to withhold documents, and make the exit process miserable. You’re made to feel like you can’t leave until they approve it — even if you’re done. Every single person who joined the company with me has left. I’m talking about 20 to 25 people who couldn’t take the pressure, the toxic culture, or the lack of growth. That says everything. My time there left me drained and demoralized. I gave everything — my time, energy, weekends, health — and was left feeling used and tossed aside. That one year shattered my confidence and slowed my career. It took real effort to rebuild myself afterward. My advice: Do not join this company. If you value your well-being, your growth, and your dignity, look elsewhere. No paycheck is worth this kind of treatment. No role should cost you your mental health. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Pros

Great communication and flexibility within the company. They are still building their platform and are very receptive to suggestions for improvement made by providers. The benefits are decent and the pay beats in person work in my area. They offered W-2 positions and benefits, are not affected if you work less than full-time hours based on the assignment that you are given.

Kontras

Not a ton of support for providers who are new to the school environment. I have had a terrible experience with on boarding and getting assignments. Feel like I have fought tooth and nail to get a part-time schedule. I have communicated multiple times that I need full-time hours to support my family financially. After returning from maternity leave this year I was given a full-time assignment in a brand new state that I wasn’t familiar with. The school was already furious with the company because they had been given providers who didn’t do great work and left a big mess. I made a couple of small mistakes in my one month working with them and they decided to hire someone in person and I lost the assignment. Parallel did not support me at all, but use me as a scapegoat for the bad experience that the school had and for losing the contract. I am still digging myself out of this hole and not sure I will return next year your given all of the difficulty I have had with assignment assignments.
