    Pros

    As well as decent compensation and very competitive perks (including some very unique ones - trips to NY, weekly laundry service), the main pros are around Next Jump's investment in you, and the career progression opportunities offered. The level of trust and ownership you will be given is huge, but with a robust support system in place to enable to accelerate your growth and learning. Everything in the company is geared towards bettering you as an individual, and there are so many initiatives baked in to day-to-day life as a Next Jumper which enable you to do so. A true meritocracy, where you will get out what you put in.

    Kontras

    With a lot of responsibility comes downsides. You will need to be ambitious and have true perseverance at times to succeed. Rapidly accelerating your personal and professional development is not always easy (although comes with great reward), but if you're not bought into this development, Next Jump may not be the place for you.

    The staff is on mission. It's very very refreshing

    They might be perceived as opportunistic because they devote so much to others outside the company. And they push people (professionally and personally) to the point of failure/innovation to prove they can get better.

    People are nice, perks like food and office space are good

    CK is great at manipulation. He's an expert at saying good things will come, while leaving you hanging with nothing. This is just some things he's promised will happen but not going well: - selling HR management apps. He's been working on it for over 3 years now, still nothing substantial to show - promising green card sponsors but don't actually give them unless they meet his "standards", wasting years from people's lives - No firing policy. People were strongly encouraged to look for another job before, and now he straight up said if you get 3 strikes for not meeting some standards, you'll be fired -kids club, nice concept, was supposed to be like after-school for all employee's kids, turned into his personal daycare. Even hired full time people on company money for his kids -related to kids club, built an entire library space and game space for his kids in the company, when the company needed meeting room space
