    Great people who were working with me at the time, although they were quickly to disappear due to lay offs.

    Kontras

    Management, middle management...basically anyone in charge in the company is unqualified for his job and it was evident from the fall of the whole brand and business. Firing people to keep their jobs and budgets, ruining the reputation of the company. Doing career appraisals and then firing people next month, not caring about people at all but keeping themselves in charge. Horrible micro management from certain persons which still remain there even after almost everyone complained about it.
