Lack of transparency, non-professional and self-willed decisions by management dictated by their personal insecurities plus the desire to get promoted within Danaher rather than doing development and engaging in teamwork.
Very few, if any, opportunities for software development, and a weak customer focus overall, resulting in products loosing competition and company loosing markets. To the large extent it is a result of the management neglecting customer team representatives such as field application scientists and product teams.
For me Moldev is the closest thing to family. The people I work with are smart, caring and glad to help each other. Great team work. The work is challenging. Management has always been good to me over the years - concerned about diversity, health care and employee well being.

I can't think of anything other than the toxicity that I was exposed to.

Highly biased and a lot of favoritism from the upper management. There is no growth or career advancement. They talk a lot about diversity and inclusion, but a lot of discrimination happens based on your gender and race. You will be treated like a slave till you decide to leave on your own. The pay is very very low compared to industry standards and the increment is almost equal to nothing. Extremely toxic environment.
