Friendly staff and there is a good bakers down the road

Do not trust the positive reviews. These are placed on to mask the (more commonplace) poor reviews. Jobs often half-baked and not properly implemented due to poor planning and often leads to irrate customers which you then have to apologise to through no fault of your own. Pay is laughably low with zero training and minimal documentation to help out so might be a job for someone who likes solving the odd mystery or two. The comprehensive benefits package includes: 25 days holiday (Legal minimum requirement) Birthday off as annual leave Thats it! The fact that positive reviews are being planted to mask the poor reviews highlights the companies unwillingness to take advice or look into why staff turnover is massive. Don't put yourself through the pain and run in the opposite direction

Regular rotating shift pattern - that's all folks.

Terrible micro managers that are scared of the MD. Analysts that fudge the numbers by closing calls and then opening another call with same details to make numbers look good, Service desk managers don't care because the numbers look good and that's all that matters to Microtech.

Pros

None, slow shipping, slow tech support. Dump people at tech support. They don’t care about you, they don’t listen to you

If I could put zero stars, I would. Everything started fine when I decided to buy a knife for $270 + shipping $15. I bought and decided to go on vacation for a month, so when I get back, I’d have the knife already delivered. Later, I found out that the package requires my signature but I was out. Then, it was delivered to a UPS location. I called that location and tell them tracking number, they say they don’t have that package. At this point I’m confused. The office transfers me to UPS tech support. Tech support transfers me to ups office location. I tried to pay $5 for it to stay there even thought office people say they don’t know about that package. I pay $5 anyway just to hold on to package and get back to it later. It doesn’t say how long they can hold my package but apparently only a week. Because after a week, my package got sent back to sender. Ok, whatever, I didn’t receive for these multiple reasons, ok, just give me my money back. I told me multiple times that I won’t have access to my credit card because I’m cancelling and can receive refund via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, cash app. They said only can do credit card (the one I purchased from) or check. I told them again I don’t have access to credit card I purchased from. They said ok, we’ll send you a check soon. I sent them my address multiple times just to be sure. I sent them multiple messages, please don’t make me sign for package again, when, what is eta of check. They ignore me and send an email that they refund me on June 6th on my credit card because they can’t do check. This is when I blow up. I feel very sorry for other customers because they’re experiencing/will experience the same problem. Very stupid people at tech support. Like they don’t care what you send them, they just do what THEY want. Ok, how will I get my refund if I don’t have access to credit card they sent refund to. They just don’t care. This is the only thing I can do is to write a bad reviews about them and make other people cautious
