My experience working at McDonald's was not that great. The managers never listened to you about your schedule and put me on days I was constantly busy which meant I had to call the store and call out constantly which meant my check was always incredibly small. Also, some of the managers were dropping racial slurs throughout the workplace constantly or having private conversations out loud with employees about their sex lives. I dealt with employees constantly hitting on me and telling me to cheat on my girlfriend with them which the managers were aware of but never addressed just joked about it and moved on. Oh also, the managers were constantly making new rules every day and changing the layout of the kitchen which they could never follow. It was just constantly inappropriate there and felt very grossed out every time I left. Some employers are clearly struggling mentally in your workplace and breaking down in the kitchen and either A) you are not aware or B) you are aware but will not address it. This has to change.
