Most of my coworkers are fun to be work with and be around, and many of us are good friends outside of work as well. Management celebrates with crew when we reach a goal.

Fire incompetent or extremely negative employees. This includes management! We had an incident at our location that involved an all out brawl between two customers and later that night another customer threatening graphic violence once locked out of the building. No police were called, as our manager believed it was our fault for not getting food out fast enough when all he did was sit in his car out in the parking lot for the past 45 minutes with no way for us to contact him. It was a mess. I still resent him for it.
