It may be the undesirable location but the Palmdale and Edwards locations are seriously lacking in qualified management. The annual performance assessment has changed its method of evaluating employees to where we are measured in groups according to our job level. So throw yourself into a pot of 200 people and someone who doesn't work at your location will determine if you have met your commitments and you earn points. No matter how hard you work, as long as your commitments are satisfied on paper you will be recorded as Average. There is very little incentive or possibility of advancement. Annual raises have shrunk. The whole process is flawed making your chance for advancement a rare occasion, you're just a number now.
