You're also right to call out the pace of growth and the need for more clarity around compensation and advancement. We've been working hard on both. We just wrapped up Q2 check-ins, and based on what we heard in 1:1s prior to those, we were able to roll out a few key changes.
Everyone now has visibility into their current job description and the one directly above it, so they can have clearer, more empowered conversations with their People Coach about where they’re at and how to grow. We’ve also shared salary research and made adjustments where needed.
Starting in Q3, we’ll begin rolling out role-specific KPIs so each person can see how they’re doing in real time, not just during formal check-ins. That level of visibility will help drive future conversations around growth, promotions, and raises, and it's also going to help us build a clear and fair bonus structure.
