Sie kümmern um die Mitarbeiter und sie versuchen die immer unentwegt zu befähigen. Die Gehälter und Leistungen des Unternehmens sind sehr gut auch.

Amerikanische Weise zu arbeiten, alles muss schnell und ab sofort vervollständigt werden. Zeit ist immer Geld und es gibt zu wenige Zeit zu planen.

Deere is a well-respected company. I feel lucky to have worked here when the culture, pay, and benefits were still raved about by people inside and outside of the company. The pay is still pretty good. I’ve met a lot of really great people through working here.

Needs of customers and employees have taken a backseat to the shareholders. The company was (and continues to be) wildly successful with a lot of office employees working hybrid or remote, but the C-suite recently announced a blanket 4+ day/week return to office policy. Quality taking a backseat to cost savings. Company is still mostly run by middle aged white guys and microaggressions happening daily but somehow there are so many people complaining that DEI policies are “out of control”?? The culture is nowhere near what it was 10 years ago, for the worse. I planned to retire from Deere, but can’t in good conscience continue to work here for much longer as I witness the culture crumbling.
