Some teams are faster paced than others e.g. aggressive timelines by upper management for software delivery. Strict in office/hybrid attendance that is tracked weekly (3 days on and 2 days wfh). Parking in garages is difficult if you do not come early. Traffic can be challenging in mornings creating long commute times, including having to park on 6th or 7th floor of the garage even if you live close by. Performance metrics are not straightforward, par the course for a bank/financial institution as they're more aligned to business/financial verbiage and goals.
