- Rapidly growing tech company with an incredibly high ceiling. - Great mix of people, friendly environment. - Provide employees the opportunity to learn while they work which allows for personal growth, ultimately encouraging business growth as a result. - Flexible and understanding management which not only allows but insists on providing things like sick-leave/vacation time to take care of self and family. - Encourages a positive environment and health of all employees. Want to go for a walk at lunch? Great, head to the waterfront a half-block away and take your time... etc. Makes it much easier to get work done. - They listen to your ideas on how to encourage growth... no matter how new you are.

-Twizzlers instead of Red Vines? Puh-lease. If I wanted to chew on wax I'd bring a candle from home.

Wonderful People to work for. Very laid back, but you do have to put in your hours of hard work in. At the end it really does pay off!

Growth. For both the company and as a professional, growth is the key. The company is growing and they know it. Every facet of the business is focused on managed growth, with marketing, sales and support services all getting augmented, via process, hiring and additional tools. New clients, new marketing channels, new ideas abound. Upper management focuses on have the right people in the correct seat for the journey and the benefits are beginning to show. The company culture is beginning to fall into focus, with books and personal growth books and tools liberally shared. On the personal side, your job is only the starting point. If you perform for the job you want, not the one that you have, soon, it will be yours. Grit, accountability, member-centric thinking, efficiency and result-driven sum up the recipe for success, and success is rewarded.
