Wonderful People to work for. Very laid back, but you do have to put in your hours of hard work in. At the end it really does pay off!

So many meetings that interrupted my work flow.

New clients, new marketing channels, new ideas abound. Upper management focuses on have the right people in the correct seat for the journey and the benefits are beginning to show. The company culture is beginning to fall into focus, with books and personal growth books and tools liberally shared. On the personal side, your job is only the starting point. If you perform for the job you want, not the one that you have, soon, it will be yours. Grit, accountability, member-centric thinking, efficiency and result-driven sum up the recipe for success, and success is rewarded.
