GridPoint is going through a transformation in strategy and business models. The management team led by the current president had to make some tough decisions on shifting the company strategy and these changes have been tough on some people that were let go but the leadership team has never lied to the company and always been transparent and honest with all employees. Employees have been allowed to switch roles to align their career aspiration to their current jobs. I have been with GridPoint for a long time and I feel that GridPoint has one of the best momentum for execution and people are working well across departments. I feel that GridPoint has a significantly improved the work culture as a result on strong focus on teamwork and making it fun to work together. GridPoint has a lot of good people and many of them have been with the company for a long time.
Kontras
GridPoint is a small sized company and many of the customers are large enterprises, so a shift in customer strategy will take time. In the meantime, the company needs to continuously invest in invest in the platform to align to the changing customers
