Not exactly cons for the right cultural fit, but could be for someone who doesn't like this environment: - Startup mode so growing fast means there are many last-minute changes and pivots. Not a good place for people who prefer meticulous planning with long lead times - Lots of work and long hours - you need to know how to manage your work-life balance - Updates and pivots happen last minute without much warning so important to stay up to date and be able to work fast

Pros

Good group of mission driven team members. Management tries to pivot to keep business going when competition crumbles. The company and team has desire to make this work as a startup.

Kontras

It is a startup and constantly pivots to stay alive. Not ideal for folks who like to stick to one lane. Your role will probably change many times but it also means you will get to learn a lot if you are up for it.

Kontras

To many extremely young managers who do not understand the needs and expectations of the 55+ group, which is not good since they want to focus on that population.
