Pay. Overworked, underappreciated. ZERO support from management, they do not help work when there are staff shortages. Poor care of students. Numerous safety concerns. Employees are only there to make them money, they do not care about anyone otherwise unless you are an investor in the company. They are dishonest and disloyal. Everyone is replaceable. Communication is HORRIBLE. They are petty and disrespectful and talk behind your back unless you are in the "hierarchy click".
