Reduced costs to enter in degree programs the company offers, the staff that are "in the trenches" are really great people.

Senior management responds at a very superficial level to employee concerns, if at all. Very little communication is provided to employees. Director-level managers feel more like puppets than actual supervisors, their ability to represent their direct reports feels undermined by senior management. Too much power given to business unit leads, upsets the balance between the business units and functional team.
