      Pros

      I was here for 3+ years. Culture continues to get better as the company grows. It has it's growing pains, like all growing businesses. Pay is fair and benefits are decent for size of business. I am only leaving as I wanted a shorter commute.

      Health benefits are a little higher than other larger companies I've worked for in the in the past.

      Pros

      The team at Celtic Testing Experts is great to work with. It's a fun and engaging environment when we all get together for lunch and learns and team building outings like our last bowling event. I enjoy working with everyone on the team and feel we have a common goal to bring QA to the forefront of IT.

      Keeping everyone connected when everyone is working at different client sites. The monthly lunch and learns, team building outings and the company employee newsletter help with this.
