    Pros

    Constantly learning and pushes you to be a quick learner at a client engagement. Never a dull day at Capgemini. Also, have traveled to Europe, India, and wide variety in the project work that I do.

    Need for flexibility on your roles. If you only want to do a certain activity, this would be a difficult place to work. Requires a learning attitude and ability to deliver based on outcome and not just by "working hard."

    Even though we have access to the latest in cloud technology, wish we had a more automated method for getting access to a complete development environment that is more push button and automated vs. requesting access to facilities. We are starting to get there, however.
