1) No policy in place for anything. 2) No transport facility. Even if your working in shifts they ask you to come by public transport. 3) Manager makes all rules. No company policy. Manager is king maker. 4) Shift allowance is very less. They pay 125 rs as shift allowance. 5) In salary major component is variable bonus. 6) No sick leave and reimbursement for medical bills. 7) For all company work you have to spend.
